everyone has a stomach virus, or mono, or a cold or the flu and now that i am not worrying about the weather ( thanks Nicole! ) I am panicking about getting sick and its extra hard bc I have NYE, NYD and my RD coming up so I will be in contact with a lot of people.
I bought these Halls Healthy Defense Lozenges that I have been sucking on all day. After work today I am going to buy some more Airbourne. . .
any other hints, trips or tricks? heck, at this point I will take myths and old wives tales!

I LOVE airborne. I use it to fight off colds but I think it's supposed to boost your immune system so I assume you can use it to ward off any type of illness. Have you had a flu shot?

j/k AIrborne works pretty well. If you take vitamins (mainly vitamin c which is in airborne) you should be okay.

yes! thank goodness i got it this year i forgot to get it least year and i was SO sick!

they say once every 3 hours on the package but you don't have to do it that often, maybe 3 times a day

Try emergen-c, too! And echinacea - it is supposed to boost your immune system. Also - wash your hands constantly!

up the vitamin C....drink lots of OJ, drink tea w/ honey and my mom swears by GAH-LIC.....she puts it in her soup and just about anything she eats when she feels something coming on. I guess that's not such a sexy tip w/ your wedding so close though, you don't want stank breath! kidding!!! good luck, enjoy these next 2 weeks and hopefully you can stay away from anyone who has the sniffles (which would be me right now!).
