everyone has a stomach virus, or mono, or a cold or the flu and now that i am not worrying about the weather ( thanks Nicole! ) I am panicking about getting sick and its extra hard bc I have NYE, NYD and my RD coming up so I will be in contact with a lot of people.

I bought these Halls Healthy Defense Lozenges that I have been sucking on all day. After work today I am going to buy some more Airbourne. . .

any other hints, trips or tricks? heck, at this point I will take myths and old wives tales!

get teh antibacterial hand lotion....

ummm let me look for a pic.. we have it at my agency and i wash my desk with this stuff!!! (everyoen that comes in are dirty and mostly homeless.. i too cant get sick, not with school startign soon and a new baby in the family)

<-- really great... yeah you can gag bc its liek pure alcohol on ur hands.. but its leaves ur hands soft too and jsut use it after u touch anything.

Wash your hands for at least 20 second multiple times a day. It sounds silly, but most of our germy-germs get into out body via hand-to-mouth... keep your hands away from your mouth!!!

WASH YOUR HANDS or use the HAND SANITIZER!!! That is my BEST advice not to get sick....

oh, and stay away from sick people! UGH...i work in the ICU...I only have to work 3 more shifts though...so i am hoping to stay GERM FREE!

Hand sanitizer. Keep yourself hydrated all the time. Airborne. Drink OJ. Always bundle up and wash your hands all the time.... Keep your head warm when you're outside!

wash wash wash your hands!! Dont grab a door knob etc and then put your hands to your face, mouth, eyes etc. oh and eww toilet bowl handles to flush gross me out. Use a tissue to flush it..Im a lil neurotic

It maybe silly but wash your hands all the time. Use santizer. Take airborne and get your antioxidants anyway you can. If you can try to avoid contact with the sick people around you. Good Luck.
