the more and more i think about planning this wedding in 4 months...the more I feel the need to make lists to sort it all out!

please tell me the things you girls HAD to have at your wedding

so far I have

Channa Plaque

any other special touches you can think of?

I'm having personalized matches, menus, placescards, table numbers and napkins.

ETA: I'm also having table runner and napkins made in our colors.

I won't lie, I find cry packs a little pretentious...almost like 'why are you expecting me to cry at your wedding' sort of thing...

I really don't mean to offend anyone, but to plan in 4 months is a lot of work, I'd leave them out.

ITA on the photobooth though, we are so excited to have ours!!

I guess:

Channa Plaque
Parasols
Grooms Cake (but it's a surprise for him)
Mashed Potato Station for CH (and I am not missing one single minute of that LOL)

-Speciality drink named after out nickname to each other

-Our first dance song (it's an odd one FH picked, and I hope the band can learn it)

-Cigars to be passed out with the dessert cafe

-Something like a channa plaque....but I need it in a different shape (have to start searching for this)

-My card box

mashed potato stations ROCK! I went to Lombardis on the Sound for NYE and they had one. I could have just ate that all night!

i'm def doing the photobooth..

something i really wanted to do was release doves at the end of the ceremony, but since my venue says that the ceremony must be in doors, i think i have to let go of that idea...

2.photosharing cards..noone even did it but cost me 5 bucks and were cute
3.cocktail napkins
4.signature rink signs
5custom made disney table names..each one was a disney rie...came out awsome!!!
6.flip flop basket...several people came up to me and thanked us for having it
7.programs/menus
8.mets pumpkin heads for the place card table along with a autograped pic of mickey and minnie
9.flutes/cake cutter/cake topper
10.photo montage and the zap shots dispayed all night on the 2 50 inch plasmas
11.we had a light up magic kingdom castle on top of our card box
12.candy buffet and ice cream sundae bar
13.chuck wagon at ch and a mashed potao bar
14.glasses filled with reeses candy at each table

we had alot


forgot to add the thank you sign which was great

We had baskets of pashminas and slippers for the guests. We also had a cigar roller, so the guys wouldn't feel left out! LOL

For our escort cards, DH made origami sail boats.

We had pictures of each of us as kids and then some of us together in the CH room.

My sisters and our respective husbands danced to the old song from White Christmas 'Sisters.'

We had the guests throw streamers outside the church. That was a big hit!

We had a steel drum band for the CH.
