FILs were planting trees this morning and now they are out buying a new basketball hoop!

When i was a kid i used to go outside in my bathing suit and play in the puddles. (in the summertime only, lol)....boy my mom must have loved us!

A few years ago it was Mothers' Day & it was pouring, I mean torrential downpours. We had gone to Mohonk for the day & we didn't let the rain stop us, my brother, SIL and I went climbing the trails and came back to afternoon tea sopping wet, we went & bought sweats in the giftshop. We looked ridiculous but had fun & it was a blast.
Also, 2 summers ago I went to the Bon Jovi concert at the Meadowlands & we got completely drenched...it was the best concert ever though

I had an exchange student staying with us when I was in HS and we took her to the Montauk lighthouse in the rain... and also stopped at the Big Duck in Flanders on the way...
When we were kids, we used to look for earthworms after the rain and step on them or cut them in half to see if they really regenerated... how gross is that???

I still go out and start playing in the puddles. Usually I play in the puddles in the walmart parking lot. These people will never see me again.

My friends and I (in college) went out to 'play' in the rain. It was like a monsoon. Only fun when it's raining REALLY hard.

When I was in high school my best friend and I (now my MOH) decided to go for a bike ride around the park. ABout 10 minutes in it started TEEMING. WE stopped and looked at each other and then did like another 5 miles. WE got soaked!!! It was so much fun.
