Temperature... how's this look?

Temperature... how's this look?

Ladies who are charting... what would you gather from this? I'm confused as hell. I THINK I O'd on 4/16, only because my temp shot up the next day... however, I took my temp hours after the assigned time on both Saturday & Sunday (slept in). What do you think?

TIA!

It looks like you could have O'd the 16th or 17th. Are you using OPKs?

I'll try and post my chart as of today and you can see how the temps jump when I got the + OPK result...give me one sec.

No, I didn't use kits... I'm just trying to familiarize myself with my cycles. I don't have the CF, and CP perfect either. Still learning, and I don't know how to judge O'ing since I didn't take my temp at the appropriate time...

Its good to practice with the charts. Once you get your true BBT each day and chart it your cycles will make more sense I think and you will be able to see when you are O'ing. Good luck with charting, its pretty interesting to see all the changes your body goes through!

That's exactly why I started charting... practice makes perfect. I hope to be a veteran in charting, by the time we decide to TTC again.

One last Q: Did you have a tough time at 1st, too, figuring out the charting?

Yes it took me a little while, and help from other 'charters' til I got the hang of it. Even now I'm trying to figure out if I'm tri-phasic! I know what triphasic means and what it is but I cant tell if my chart is triphasic....

I also feel like I'm even more obsessed with TTC because of charting...

What does it mean?

And I can imagine... probably think about TTC everyday!!

triphasic is when you have 3 thermal shifts in your temps...it can mean you PG but not always. I'm in the middle of reading about it now so I cant help too much in describing it

Chinchilla- I think by your temps you might have o'd on the 18th. If you took your temp at the wrong times on sat and sun they should be discarded as disturbed.

Kathy- Ovusoft will give you a message 'possibly triphasic' if it thinks you are. One of the reasons I love the software...it takes the guesswork out.

Pssst... it's chichila... Always cracks me up when people think my alias is chiNchilla.

What if I did O during the weekend, and since I didn't take my temp correctly, I dont' know for sure? I guess that's the most confusing part. Looks like this month might be obsolete for me, since I didn't monitor the cycle correctly...

Kathy, that's for the triphasic definition... it was better than what I would have thought up.
