A friend of mine grew up in Roslyn and said that Temple Sinai puts on a nice affair (she attended numerous bar/bat mitzvahs and weddings there). I have never been so I can't speak to Temple Sinai.
Temple Beth Torah (TBT) on the other hand, I have been to on on numerous occasions (including my cousin's wedding) and it was absolutely incredible. Kosher catering can be very hit-or-miss and Morrell is absolutely the best of the best. They make sure that every detail is taken care of for you and allow you to simply enjoy the party.
I am getting married at a different Morrell synagogue (Woodbury Jewish Center) and I have complete faith that it will be absolutely incredible. While TBT might be a bit pricier than Temple Sinai, I believe that the money is well worth the experience.
