My SIL just got engaged and is looking for recommendations for a temple wedding. It must be kosher. I had a few suggestions for her, but wanted some more options. So, please recommend any excellent temples at which you have attended weddings. Thanks!

I went to one in Temple Sholom in Brooklyn (Bergen Beach) and it was beautiful! The cocktail hour was great, they had caviar, which I loved. The actual ceremony was beautiful, they had this screen that lit up and you saw the silhoutte (sp) of the bride before she walked down the aisle, you saw her silhoutte, then the screen was lifted and she appeared -- it was really dramatic and beautiful, I know it sounds weird, but it was an amazing effect that I never saw before. The food was good, and they had an incredible desert presentation, which was thrown in because they paid cash. I'd highly recommend that.

I am getting married at Temple Beth Torah in Dix Hills, and Morrell Caterers is one of the best!!!!!!!
