Tension on LIW??

Does anyone else feel the tension on here or is it just me. There is over 2500 people on the site and usually by this time the 08 board is pumping. I think there are some people holding back on the posting lately, I wonder why???

No tension as in, people are backing away from here all of a sudden.

I am personally dealing with some serious personal issues in my life, nothing to do with LIW so thats why I haven't been on much. Not really in the mood to talk about wedding things such as flowers, veil, shoes, dj or whatever it might be...i come on here when its slow at work but the past few days i am just too down to really sit and have normal conversations, i cant even talk to other ppl in my life such as friends and family about regular normal stuff.

Plus for many ppl this time of year they get alot more busy at work, thats another thing i have been more busy too.

If there was problems at the shower that would've come out soon after lol

Well I was M.I.A for a while and now I'm back and ready to post! No tension here!

I do most of my posting at work so I'm off and on all day!

i think its what some ladies mentioned---when you've been around for awhile...and see the same types of questions/posts over and over and over again, you get a little tired of posting the same answers.

i think its just a lull in posting--it happens all the time. as the end of the year approaches, then around the VERY end of dec. you guy will all get super excited about your year coming up---then the next thing u know 2008 will be here!

I haven't sensed much tension but then again I'm pretty oblivious to that sh!t.

I've been lurking, posting here and there, mainly I'm just lazy and don't really feel like answering the same old questions but I'm here everyday during work. I'll have alot of DIY's to post soon so that'll be fun. Besides that I really have everything done (except a DJ ) so there's not much to ask about anymore.

But I still love you girs

I don't know how it would be done, but I almost wished we were cateogorized by time of year. Example: There would be a winter '08, spring '08, summer '08 and fall '08 board.

On the '08 boards we are are all at such different points in planning our weddings that some of us are getting our RSVP's back and some of us haven't even booked a vendor. That is why I think we get so much repetition in posts.

For all the newer girls: I just found out last week that there is a search feature and I have been on here almost a year. That might also cut down on repeat posts

Yes, I definitely dont know who most ppl are anymore! which is fine, b/c new ppl are nice, but I feel like everyone has liek 60 posts and then they leave. You cant form relationships this way!

.i did not attend the shower because i did not get an invite perhaps i missed something but sounded like it was fun...
i love checking with this site it is a fun part of wedding planning...
