I have been reading some threads with a lot of tension between the ladies on the board. Being that we are all here to talk about one of the happiest occasions in our life, lets start the day on a 'Happy foot' for the '05 board. we are here to help each other not to make fun of or put down. So lets have a positive day, Its nice outside, our weddings are soon, and we are here to support each other!

No it wasnt about the fake brides, there are some other threads on there that just arent happy. I think the stress gets to us and sometimes we loose site of what we are doing.

I agree... We come here to be happy...I hate reading those threads. I think we're all stressed and unfortunately seem to take it out on each other. I usually just ignore them...but they are sad

I agree 100%
Honestly, negative threads are the real reason why I am not posting as much as I used to. This time last year the boards were much more positive and constructive.
This should be one of the happiest occassions in one's life. It's really sad that some people are still so negative. We just have to let our positivity outshine them.

I know I haven't been around as much lately, but I have to say I've noticed the same tension.
Hopefully we can all set aside what is bothering us and be here to help each other through one of the most important days of our lives!
I know if it weren't for you girls I'd be completely lost. Lets not lose sight of why we are here and what we are doing!

i'm a therapist haven't noticed any tension - have noticed a lot of hugs and people trying to appear happy - the only caution i'd say is that if people do not feel 'happy' that we give them the space to express how they are really feeling. sometimes tension arises when people feel anxious, annoyed, or distrated about something...it's important to give that person the space to communicate herself...
