Tented Outdoor Reception Floor?

To put down a floor under a tent of size 40x60 is going to run me 3,000 + (2,000-4,000).

3,000 is just the plywood base, then you can choose carpet, vinyl parkay floor.

Any creative suggestions for putting down a floor that size under a tent, over grass?

I really want the tent to look 'finished' almost like a real room in an outdoor space.

Any suggestions? This just sounds like such a crazy price for a floor I'm using for one day.

I thought of layin down a bamboo rug, but I can't seem to figure out where to find one that size.

i dont think a bamboo rug will cut it if you want people to be able to walk on it in heels. your best bet would be going to home depot or an independent contractor and asking them to replicate the same thing.... the plywood underlay and then whatever top you want. figure out whatever is cheapest... linoleum, maybe even the peel off stuff that looks like tile, that you can put on top of the wood. i think you need something sturdy though!
