Termite Inspection outcome?

Termite Inspection outcome?

What happens if the inspector finds termites and you don't want to cancel the contract? Will the seller refund you some money to take care of this problem?

Just wondering.

Thats definitely a possibility! Or the sellers may pay for the house to be treated before closing. Its usually something the attorneys will work out if necessary.
