I wish we could have that! My banquet manager wasn't excited about the idea so I thought it would be horrible at my hall. My friends's did that in Manhattan and my parent thought it was the best wedding they ever went to! And they are big food people...

hmmm. people used to annoy me but then I tried to get some perspective and realize people have their own issues and/or motivations. NOW, whenever someone makes an assanine comment to me like this, i run right to FI and we have a good laugh at them . . .

It's just one day.. don't focus on it too much...

Can't stand the word fiance - we both hate it actually. We just refer to each other as husband and wife - have for a while now...
