Has anyone had their wedding here or gone to a party at Terrace on the Park? Any reviews for me? I'm thinking of visiting it!
I had my prom there and have been to holiday partied there also. If you have the room at the top the view is incredible.
I've never been to a wedding there but my parents have. They loved it! My mom especially loved the Viennese hour---they had all the sweets displayed on the balcony outside!
I have been to a couple of dances at TOTP and I went there for a NYE party which was lots of fun. Check out their website if you are interested. THeir ballroom is very very big and pretty

I will start off by saying that this is my opinion only and I am a very picky person, so I hope no one gets offended.
My mom loves the place and convinced me to go see it. I wasnt at all impressed with it (aside from the view you get at the top of it). There is a farm next door and when we went to see it, the outside smelled like farm/maneuer. Also the bridal suite is horrid. The elevator doors had scratches on them as if someone tried tagging them up and it actually got stuck when we were there.
That being said, I think you should go check it out for youself to make your own conclusion.

My parents were married there, so DH and I went to look when we were selecting a RH. The view from the top is INCREDIBLE, but we all felt as if the place needed to be updated. That being said, it is still a beautiful venue. I don't know about a farm... it is next to Flushing Meadow Park.

i know thats why im confused, i mean i never heard of a farm in flushing meadow park, yeah theres the park but a farm![]()
The Queens County Farm is in Bellerose, so that's not it. I did go to visit TOTP and saw some animals , so maybe Flushing Meadows has a petting zoo or something. We liked it very much, but fell in love with the RH that we chose instead. The food at TOTP looks to be very good, and I'm going to a wedding there next week, so we'll see!

i think its called the queens county farm or something like that. there were animals that we could see!!

Hmmmm yeah it might've been just some even that flushing meadow park did that day, they always have things going on...From what i know flushing meadow park has no farms![]()

I dont know....but I know my sister and I saw and smelled animals!!![]()

[yeah they always have fairs and shows there and things like that...maybe they had a petting zoo that day for kids. Otherwise when you go to TOTP you dont see animals normally, unless an event like that is going on that would have them there
They actually have a small zoo in Flushing Meadow Park right near Terrace on the Park. It's called the Queens Zoo. I've been there a couple of times. They also have a petting zoo. This is probably what you smelled.

I think someone on the 07 Boards just had their wedding their. Look on the boards her pics are beautiful!
