Terry Bath Robes...
I am looking for thick, soft Terry Cloth bath robes to give my BM's. I wanted the 'big robe' from Gap Body, but they are no longer available. I found other terry robes in the color I want on gapbody.com, they are 49.50 each. Is that too much for a terry robe? I dont know how they feel either because they are online. Also I saw terry robes (not in the color I like) at Victorias secret for 59.50 each. Has anyone seen any robes? Are these prices good?

Re: Terry Bath Robes...
Costco had them for $27.99, egyptian cotton. I think the only colors they had were white & navy blue. (They may have had others, but my mind was focused on the white robes at the time.
)

I know, this is crazy, ALL I DO IS SPEND MONEY ON THE WEDDING! So Jenn, do you think the robes are too costly a gift?

Re: Terry Bath Robes...
I just had a conversation with my mother about this last night. I think I am going to give every girl something different. I know I am not going to do jewelery. For my sister I am going to do a wine of the month club. She is an avid red wine drinker so she will get two bottles a month for 12 months..who doesnt love a gift that keeps on giving (her hubby gets a gift than too!) Her hubby is an avid micro brew drinker so he will get a beer of the month club membership. and so far they are the only two I can figure out. My cousin is having a baby next month so I am thinking of getting her a whole home spa basket with a cd and candles, massage oil, bath salts facial treatments and the such. I only have three girls in my wedding party ( I had a strict family only rule) so I will be spending about 150 on each girl.

Re: Terry Bath Robes...
27.99 at costco sounds great, are they nice?i like the diea of something different for everyone too. I'd love to get my girls the robes and slippers that they can wear at the wedding too, plus I want to get them a little jewlery set, is that too much? I was even thinking of some bath stuff too maybe I am going overboard.

Re: Terry Bath Robes...
Christy,I gave my BM's each a thick terry robe that I had embroidered with their name and a flower. I bought the robes from JCPennys and I got them on sale and with a coupon for some % off and they cost me $25 each! Check out JCPennys website. they are always having sales.
Good Luck

I think the best Terry robe I have ever felt was from Land's End. I think they may be a little expensive, but they always have sales.

I got my BMs' robes from JC Pennys also ($25). I didn't have them enbroidered so I can't help you with that but I can tell you that everyone loved them.

Re: Terry Bath Robes...
i think thats a wonderful idea and the prices are not bad at all...you could probably get them cheaper at a no-name place, but the whole 'victorias secret' or gap thing makes the gift even more elegant...
