question- how long after she put you on the 'quotes paperwork sent' list did you actually receive your packet? she put me on that list like 2 weeks ago (and i emailed her about it a week ago) so i'm just like huh

Well, if your name moved to the top of the list, it should have been sent within that week...which means you should have gotten it 3 or 4 days later. I would email her again because there is a deadline on when your paperwork needs to be handed in. Definitely notify her so she is aware of the situation...otherwise you could be paying 20% extra for a late fee.
