it depends on which browser you use.. it only works with interent explorer and not netscape.

I think it is because of the dots used to make the eyes on the emoticon.

When you highlight you're basically turning everydark spot into it's negative (ie: the text here is black but if you highlight it it turns to white). And it just comes out that way. It doesn't 'change' per se. And I guess Netscape it works different.

I was just playing around with the mouse and saw it happen. Still weird. LOL
