thank you card help

I need help writing out thank you cards for:

-The people that gave us a gift but could not make it to the wedding.
-For people that came to the wedding and didn't give a gift but were in the wedding party.

i wouldnt send a thing.

lol.....that is what I was thinking. The people were my dad, stepmom and 2 sisters.

yes totally serious. My dad said he would pay for the church and the photographer which came out to about $3,000 and all he gave me was $1,100. He kept telling me he would give me more but never did and on the wedding day I didn't even get a card from him. My 2 sisters just did stuff for the bridal shower and that was it. They never even went to the bachlorette party and I didn't get a card even saying congrats on the wedding day.
