i'm hoping somebody can help me........one of our guests rsvp'd no for the wedding but sent a gift a few days later. should i send her a thank you note now or wait until after the wedding and send her one of our 'formal' thank you cards?

IMO I would send it now and then you don't have to worry about forgetting to do it later.

2 of my NO rsvps sent a check with it i sent them TYs right away just a little not saying ty for the gift and sorry they will not be with us on our wedding day

i bought some nice ty cards in target to send out right away. I have heard of ppl sending a formal picture one later also, but i dont thing ppl like my mom's bosses want a pic of us so i might not.

I would send her a thank you card now..maybe i'm wrong but aren't you only supposed to send the formal thank you to people that actually attended your wedding?
