Soooo if you are doing photo thank you cards and people send you gifts when they cannot attend the wedding are you sending them thank yous right away or are you waiting until you get your photo thank yous from the photog???

I'm waiting to get the photo thank you card's to send out. I think we have a year to send thank you's for a wedding, so I'm gonna wait it out.

i waited and sent them photo thank yous along with all the other thank yous. especially since they werent there, i thought it would be nice for them to see a pic of us anyway

sending them out right away and then another thank you to everyone after the wedding.... if i sent a gift to someone and didnt hear back from them for months later id be kinda pissed jmo

Once my invites go out I will wait and send the photo thank yous to the people who can't attend but send a gift.

I want to say i'd wait and send the photo gift, but i've sent gifts in the past and always sat wondering.. did they get it? do they care? So i do like the idea of a generic originally and a photo one later on.. maybe on the photo thank you i'd add something to say that i'm sending it so they can have a pic...
