Thank you cards

Im lost at what to write in my Thank you card for some gifts from some ladies that probably cant make it to my shower...

any ideas?

hmm I kinda put the same in all my cards- something like

Thank you so much for your wonderful gift. Gary and I truly appreciate all the love and warm wishes on our upcoming wedding.

If the person was a closer family member, I put some more mushy stuff in it..lol

I had to do like 50 thank you's from my shower.. my hand was so cramped up..lol

I sent something like this to people that bought gifts off my registry

dear (insert name here)

Thank you for the (name of item or if its money you can put generous present). We can't wait to use it for (place use of item here). (name of FH) and I are looking forward to seeing you at the wedding. Thank you for helping us celebrate this special time in our lives.

See my problem was that some things got switched so I didn't want to mention exactly what they got me.. .lol

Turns out that we put the cards back with the gifts, then as they were loading them into the car, they got switched up a bit.

I figure that I'm still okay as long as I thank the person.. lmao.

I know I'm a bad bride...hee hee
