Thank you cards....

Good morning ladies! For those of you who already had your shower where did you purchase your 'Thank You' cards? FH and I just received our first gift before my bridal shower and I was just wondering. And how soon after do you send out the cards?

Lol no, honestly people are appreciative just to receive a thank you card. As long as you send one you are fine. Most people (including me) read it and throw it in the garbage.

I had my shower on 7/13 just finished writing them last night. Just need to stamp and send! I got mine at the 50% card store in Hempstead turnpike nextto ac moore in Bethpage! I went to several sstores and they 10000x more than any store! I got 8 packs of 8 for $25!!

I did the personalized ones. We got a few gifts for our engagement, so I started early. I got them from Vistaprint. I think it was around $70 for 100 cards. Yeah, it was pricier than just buying some packs of thank you cards but I figure I'll have them for the shower as well. I did like the personalized touch! It was our first personalized 'thing' together so I liked seeing our names in print :) I also got a return address stamp. I highly recommend getting one or sticker address return labels for your shower-- it will save you some time!

I actually bought mine from Michaels they have nice ones in a pack for $1 we also won 200 of them at a bridal showcase in the city but you can never have enough!
