Thank you note from yesterday's interview

Just wanted to know if this sounded good:

Dear ****:
I'd like to thank you for the time you spent talking with me about the Data Specialist position you have open at (Company Name). I am very excited about this position and convinced that my present experience equips me more than adequately for the job.
I look forward to hearing from you soon about the position, and I again thank you for meeting with me.
If I can answer any questions for you, please call me at
(516) ***-****.


Is that good? If not what should I change?

I am writting two letters. This one is for the hiring manager, and the second one I wrote for the HR recruiter.

Please let me know, so i can send it out today.

here's what i was taught. it shoudl be 3 paragraphs.

First - Talk about the interview, thank them for blah blah, mention that yo'ure very interested.

Second - Reiterate why you are perfect for the job

Third - thank them again and closing, also mention that you're looking forward to hearing from them

here's an example of my last one:

Dear xxx,


It was very enjoyable speaking with you earlier today about the xxx position at xxx. The job description was very interesting and it seems to be a good match for my skills and interests. Thank you for answering the questions I had about the duties of this position.



I believe that my previous background in web design will help me learn the specific skills needed for this position more quickly. My previous positions have also taught me how to effectively multi-task and I am sure this will be beneficial when supporting so many projects.



Again, thank you for the interview and your consideration. I am very interested in working with you and look forward to hearing from you about this position.

I don't agreed with you. Each project is other interesting. Anyway, I have some my ideal from point of view.
