Thank you return address question

My fh and I are in the middle of looking at houses and don't know where we will be living when it is time for the thank you notes to be sent out. I am ordering my invitations with the matching thank you notes and don't know what to get imprinted as the return address on the thank you envelopes. Is it really cheesy to hand-write the address when we send the thank yous or to order the cute labels from those ads you see with address labels? What are all of you doing? Thanks

Re: Thank you return address question

Either is fine. Honestly, you are supposed to hand address who they are going to anyway. If it was the actual wedding invite or response envelopes i would say something different but for thank you's you are fine. You might even be able to print the address yourself on it this way you only have to hand address the recipient portion.

Re: Thank you return address question

I don't think its cheesy at all to hand-write the return address --- I just think that it would be extremely tiresome! Believe me, writing thank yous is hard enough without an additional step to worry about!!! I'd do labels, get a stamp, or use my parents address!

Re: Thank you return address question

I got an embosser and 'imprint' my own return address on my thank you cards
www.cleansweepsupply.com has a great price on them. They look very elegant done that way too.

Re: Thank you return address question

I think you can easily make labels on the computer or send away for labels, I LOVE labels. colorfulimages.com have some great ones, I think even a heart one that I love and might do for thank yous when the time comes. Believe me, the stuff we stress about, no one even looks at !
