Keep calling! Make FH call too. And a parent! Until you get a response you nag them! Email them everyday too. And if that doesn't work, go there and DEMAND to speak to them.

Than I would request, if possible, to change the person you are dealing with. And maybe let their boss know of the sort neglect that you are facing...

What the hell is wrong with these people??? Vendors can be so rude I swear!!

I dont think it matters how far away your wedding is... there is no excuse for not getting back to you!

Keep calling. If it doesn't work, they didn't hold their part of the contract and you deserve a full refund.

Ive had a similar issue. I kept calling! I think you have a right to have your questions answered - after all you are paying them!
