Perhaps you remember the other day when I was aksing for pizza making ideas..... Well, my aprents just left a little while ago, and they LOVED my pizzas!!! I made one with regular cause and sliced tomoatoes and mozarella cheese, half with peperoni, half without.... and the other one was my experiment...i put ricotta cheese, sliced tomatoes and pesto sauce, and then a couple of spots of more ricotta cheese.... can you say MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM? It was so yummy - I gave some to my Dad for him to take home - even though he had about 4 slices at dinner! It was a really nice night besides, we sat and watched the wedding video, which they've never seen....and we gave them their copy of it....and we chatted. lots of fun. oh, and my dad cried when the father daughter dance came on the video......he didn't cry that day because he was so overwhelmed...but i got him tonight!!!

Yay! I'm so happy you did that instead of the mini pizzas. I've gotta try that pesto one! How do you make dough in the bread maker anyway?

I'm happy I did that instead of the minis as well! I prepared them before my parents came over, so by the time they got there, I was able to sit and talk with them, and then when we ate salad, I put the pizzas in the oven. i also made garlic breadsticks and used the extra pizza sauce to dip them in....mmmmmm
The dough is SOOOO easy to make! The breadmaker we have has a setting for pizza dough - so i put all the ingredients in, set it on pizza dough and an hour later, it's ready!!! I love the breadmaker!

The pesto pizza sounds yummy! Making pizzas is fun because you be so creative. They even have dessert pizzas. My dad makes homemade pizzas all the time. My fav is goatcheese, roasted garlic and sundried tomato. He also makes a carmelized onion and sausage one that is fantastic.

That sounds sooo good. I am definately going to try the pesto pizza next week.
