THAT IS IT!!! I'm FED UP!!!

I'm on the phone with my photographer...STILL NO ALBUM!

now......they are shrinking the layout and emailing it to me so i CAN APPROVE THE LAYOUT!!!!

then the album would be done really fast

good point being...I can have my CD's of proofs for $200

WHAT exactly is the HOLD UP with this?

I remmeber how it took forever just to get your proofs.. now this... eeesh!

I can't believe it's almost been a year and no album. Why are they charging you $200 for your proofs. My photographer is giving them to us when we pick up our album.

Oh girl, I can totally sympathize with you and I have you beat. I was married in October 2003 and still have no album. Granted we had a lot going on with house hunting and moving and part is our fault as we didn't sitdown with them to do the layout until May 2004, but it has been 9 months since then. I could have had a baby in that time!

I lost it on the phone with them on Weds. I have tried to be patient and understanding. They messed up and put us in the wrong batch, that is what they told me in Jan. Now they tell me there is a production delay and nothing they can do. If I don't hear from them by next week, my hubby said he is going to their office every day until we get it. I am sooo angry!

we gor married almost a month after you - and we had our album in our hands for thanksgiving....and we took our sweet time meeting with the photographer and choosing proofs and all taht!
that is ridiculous!

It must be even harder being out of state.
You have inspired me to post a poll though, I am curious how logn this usually takes. I am meeting with my photographres on 2/24 to pick our pictures.
