well I passed my road test

I ended up with a certain well known childrens store in oceanside. I was under the impression that if they close at 8 we'd be out by 9ish...but we get out at 11 or 12 every night and then there are gonna be nights we will have to stay until 2, 3, 4am. theyre workin the crap outta me, not training me yet expecting me to know everything and be acountable for it and THEN the mgmt just chats for a half hr to hr at a clip meanwhile...I who am running back and forth taking care of things still needs to maximize my workload more eff that!

yep, I was a store manager before and I took a co manager position because it paid more than my store manager position and it was less hours and less responsibility than my store manager position...or at least so i thought when i accepted the offer.

I hear ya on the job!!! My son just began working for a local outlet store. It's rumored he'll soon be Asst. Manager, and something was said about whether he would be ready to take over the manager position within a year. Sometimes he feels things are going too fast!! He worked the midnight 'til ? shift, before Black Friday. But, I never heard of the kinds of hours you just talked about!!!! That's outrageous!!!!! Mary MOB
