I just got the dreaded letter in the mail today. Sadly, I stuck with T.C. in hopes that it would end well. After a good cry, I called the new lawyers, and I'll basically put in a proof of claim and ry to get something of my money back. After reading through the latest posts, out of the $5k I put in, I have a BIG feeling I'll barely get any of that back. This is a huge blow to us. I will be hunting for places this week. I don't know what to do anymore. :(

As someone who has been going through this since day one please know that there are so many of us that feel your pain. I am so glad that you didn't give them any more money. 5000 seems to be the common number amongst us all. If you ever need to chat or rant, I'm an FM away. A lot of us are staying in close contact and sharing any news we receive. Hang in there and try not to let this get you down. In the end, it's a bump in the road. As I like to say to myself when I'm feeling bad about it, 'if this is the worst things that happens to is than we are pretty lucky in life!'

This is so sad to hear. I was JUST at a wedding there on June 21st and it was amazing. The food was still phenomenal and the service was on point.

If so, I just have a question as this form is a bit troublesome to figure out and I don't want to mess this up. :( Does anyone know the Thatched Cottage's last four digits of any number by which creditor identifies debtor?
