Anyone know how Thatched Cottage weathered during the storm last week? I hope TC & their staff were all safe & sound!

Thatched Cottage during the storm?
They made out fine! I emailed Maureen on Sunday and she wrote back to me that day with the following:
'We are in pretty good shape. The Tuscan Room (lower level) took in quite a bit of water but the good news is the flooring is stone not carpet and is easily cleaned. The space was not used this weekend - all cocktail hours were in the Willow Room. We have an inspection on Tuesday to make sure everything is good to go.
The bridal suite ceiling does have some water damage - another easy fix.
We had 5 events scheduled for this weekend. Friday's wedding was beautiful, Saturday afternoon's Bar Mitzvah was a huge success and the evening wedding was simply elegant. Today we had a wedding scheduled that chose to postpone because some immediate family members had some substantial damage and they felt they would not be able to celebrate under the circumstances. They have yet to pick a new date.'
Was so happy to hear that they all made it through ok.
