Thats it...I am moving to Venezuela!!!

I just read on AOL Money that gas in Venezuela is 12 cents per gallon

And all the Middle Eastern countries like Qatar, Iran, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia are paying less than 50 cents a gallon

Yea well- that's because they have their own refineries. Even so, where Chavez is I will never go and I won't buy Citgo because I will fund communism. He can take his gas and shove it.

We have enough oil in Alaska to keep us going for years, so we could do it ourselves, but 'they' just choose not to.

We definitely need an alternative energy source. Windmills, waves, solar power, anything!

you gotta figure the demand is not as much there either there aren't as many cars on the road

but yeah it would be awesome to have gas that cheap

I know this. We also have oil in parts of the South. The oil in Alaska is abundant and 'they' won't use it because of the environment. Personally, I don't give a crap- I WANT MY CHEAP GAS! LOL. But seriously, Not many people remember in the mid nineties- the oil people in the Mid-East threatened to jack up our gas prices to about $2. Clinton said a big old F YOU to them and went to open the Alaskan reserves. Then the gas remained low- in the $1 range. *Sighs* When we all got our licenses back in high school, gas was $1.30. I miss those days!
