The appraiser is coming here tomorrow, I am so nervous!
We are buying out my sister for her half of the house- my parents have both passed away.![]()
I have been nerve racked for the past 2 weeks and now this. I spoke to him this morning and he told me it takes 10 minutes. They take a picture of the front and back of the house , and my living room, bathroom and dining room and kitchen. I am just so aggravated I even have to do this, but in the long run it will be worth it becuase we can call our house ours fiinally. I am also kind of annoyed becuase of the situation of buying her out that she will be at our closing, for some reason i did not invison her there at the closing table. I need some hugs........ It is bitersweet for me.
