I saw bits and pieces...I was happy for Nick...he's my favorite and I want him to win this.

I really thought Omarosa, or whatever her name is was going home tonight...and Donald even said something like...well she was responsible for the money...

And still he kicked the other one off...can't think of her name.

I don't know how they lost all that money! While Omarosa was responsible for the money and did not meet that responsibility. Kristie (?) did not control the project at all.

Yeah, that's what they were saying too...I missed a lot of it though, so I can't really say how bad she was at controlling the job.

Actually, I'm just glad that one of the girls got fired tonight...I'm not necessarily glad it was her though...Omarosa is just on my nerves...

You know which one I can't stand the most though...the one girl that is ALWAYS arguing with Omarosa...which one is she? I don't know their names... . But, her...I wish she would get fired...I'd so do the happy dance!!!

Well it seems like we will never know who really lost the money. Kristi made a lot of obvious errors so she deserved to go! I think the one you are talking about is Ereka.

I love this show. Nick picked an excellent team. Kristi seemed to have the weaker people on her team. And she should have stood up for herself. Yes she was the project manager but that doesn't mean all the responsibilty should fall on her. It felt like her team did not click and that there was a lot of tension.

Who do you think the romance is between? I say Nick and either Amy or Ereka.

I only saw the end of it but Kristie proved to me that she was a bad leader simply by taking her friends advice. Even going to someone else in the first place. In a competition, you can't depend on anyone to tell you how to save your ass, you have to do it yourself. She makes bad choices. Did you see how shocked everyone was when Omarosa came back?

I cannot HANDLE Heidi. I mean what is WRONG with her?!?! She is completely unprofessional. Ereka is the one that fights with Omarosa, I don't like her either. Actually there are only a couple of girls I like and they were both on Nicks team. Amy and the other girl - I think she's a real estate agent.....

Kristi seemed to have problems making any kind of decisions on her own. I am not a fan of Amarosa, but I do think it was Kristi sho was the weakest link in her team. Also, Heidi seems to be way over the top and rude when things do not go her way. I don't see her lasting too much longer either.

First i want to say that this is my favorite reality show EVER..

I hate nick, but dam i wanted one of those cute tank tops and they did do a great job.

I cant STAND omorosa or heidi.. could heidi be any more unproffessional???? She didnt stop bitchin for 5 minutes of last nights show..

and that girl who kristi got the advise from, holy cow talk about STABBING IN THE BACK.. i hope shes the next to go just on principal..

and Tammy, I dont think someone on TV has ever rubbed me the wrong way so bad that i wanted to punch her in the face.. I cant believe she said Nice Bling.. What an ASS... then she gets snippy because he didnt look at her when he said the pretty girls.. god this girl needs to go...

I completely agree Kristi did a horrible job leading but I was really hoping Omarosa would go.

Jessie, I think thats her name, is evil. She completely stabbed Kristi in the back, but then again it is a game and she is just trying to win. Kristi is the moron for trusting anyone.

Nick definately has the stronger team, I just wish he could trade Tammy for Kuame.

Going out on a limb here and predicting the romance to be between Nick and Ereka next week.

question - who is the girl on nick's team .. shes pretty - she was the one he was talking to while they were selling stuff asking if they should move and she said this was a good place. i think it'll be between her and nick at the end.

heidi was a biatch!! i totally thought she would go. kristi definitely shouldnt have been so submissive .. i felt bad for her but the fact that she couldnt make up her own mind really showed how bad of a leader she would be.

and omarosa! when trump asked her if she could have done better if she was manager, she went off on how she grew up selling in flea markets. well then why didnt her ASS go find a good product! so useless.

jessie! what a backstabber! DH was so pissed at her. she could have said anything else .. quami and troy didnt say anything bad about kristi. what a biatch.

and i'm surprised they couldnt watch the video and figure out where that money went.
i was hoping someone stole it and they caught it on tape hehe.

OMG-I LOVE THIS SHOW!!!!!

Though I cannot stand Nick, he really stepped up to the plate tonight. He knew exactly who to pick on his team. They did an excellent job at the flea market. I too, wanted one of those t- shirts

As for Kristi's team, they were doomed from the start. What were they thinking when they picked their product. What really gets to me is that Kwame (think he is cool though) is from NY, why is he not more savy and street smart? He should have these missions wrapped around his finger.

Jessie is a beyatch, totally sold Kristi down the river.

Do not like Omarosa, she is such an obnoxious know it all. Maybe she will go next week.

I like Amy and Troy the best.

I have to say that I am enjoying this reality show more than any other - MOSTLY b/c of how it makes you THINK about the business world and what people think it takes to succeed!

That said...I was supremely disappointed in last night's episode...I feel that Trump TOTALLY made the wrong move in sending Kristi home. I feel that while Kristi did make a couple of mistakes, she had an admirable perspective on MANAGEMENT...she took the fall for her team, even when NONE of their wimp asses were willing to take on a single bit of responsibility. I don't believe that 'fighting for herself' was a professional tactic...b/c what did Trump expect? Did he want her to stand up and finger-point and backstab the others, just as they did to HER?

And for Trump to say that she's fired for NOT standing up for herself - well then, he's just advocating that the ONLY way to be a good manager and be successful is to finger-point the blame at your subordinates and use their dead bodies (figure of speech) to help you climb your way to the top! NOT my personal idea of a good manager.

I'm not saying that she shouldn't have taken SOME of the blame for their horrible loss, but the others should have shared it too! I can't WAIT to see Omarosa and Heidi ousted - I can't stand either one of them!

I think both Heidi and Omarosa need to go.....for the obvious reasons that they've proven to everyone from the first episode!!

Omarosa is just a total biotch and Heidi is so unbelievably unprofessional it's not even funny.

Did you hear her question to Steinbrenner? FREAK! And what about what she said to Trump? How she was quiet because he hadn't called on her? What is she, 5 years old? She needs to go - she's trying to get attention from both of them for the wrong reasons.
