I vote Bill...cuz I think he's shown more strenght throughout....but with my luck..Kwame who hasn't really shown much of anything will win.

I 'heard' from a woman I work with who 'says' she 'knows' Kwame...

(Sorry for all the 'quoting' just want to be sure you know that I'm not trying to spoil anything...)

That he quit his job at Goldman Sachs...Not really sure what that could mean. But I guess it could be a clue.

i thought when they got their assignments, that Kwame would win. I was a little dissappointed that he didn't bawl out Omarosa for screwing up & lying to him.

I'm afraid that she will lose it for him.

Which is why i voted Bill. Although he has 2 other finalists in his group, and they still seemed a little upset - in their meeting at the country club.. that is his biggest weakness - they may not be so enthused about working for him. JMO.

my nick is gone but i can say i was really disappointed with him in the end. i think he could have done better...

I think Bill has it.

I liked Qwami from the beginning but as the show went on he has really done nothing to prove himself. I think it was an injustice that Amy was fired before him since she has obviously done the best out of all them.
SO i picked Bill who was my second anyway

I thought it was unfair at first at how they fired Amy, but honestly, the interview is what initially gets you hired in the real world, and if you don't give a good impression then, you just don't get hired.

I think Bill will win because Kwame obviously showed how bad of a hirer he is. Troy was an alright choice. But then he picks Omarosa next? He's been on a team with her, he knows she causes drama, I mean obviously, that was a really stupid move, and he's going to pay for it now.

not necessarily...if he proves he can handle a difficult employee it may score points with the donald...who knows...

Bill is the better candidate overall, even though I like Kwame.

Yeah, but he should have gotten the story straight from the entertainment coordinator and chewed Omarosa's a** out. I don't think Trump would let someone do something like that and get away with it without some words.

totally, he should have called her on it. but who knows what he will do in the next episode... i like his 'grace under pressure' approach - that will get him far...with the donald or without.

I voted Bill as well. I was so disappointed in Kwame last night- although I too, admire his grace under pressure approach. However, when they were back in the office, the manager wasn't in front of them any longer, and she needed to be put in her place.


I don't think Kwame leaving his job is a clue...I think they've all left their jobs for this interview process? no?
