I know I'm probably really late on this topic - but I work nites - I'm sure there may have been threads on it - but I'm gonna talk about it anyway! Am I the only one upset that Emily was picked? Secondly, does anyone know what song was playing at the end - their montage? Marry Me....or something like that?
I wasn't upset I just hated her constant harping on their last date. He's telling you that he's ready to be a father, leave it be. I felt like she was trying to give him a reason to not pick her. Then I didn't care for her on the After the Rose show. Did you watch that too? I feell bad for brad, you can tell he really loves her and she's just so whatever abt everything.

I got a little into after the rose - right when she was coming out - but I had to rip myself away to go to work

i'm watching extra right now and they just said that emily is now in austin working on her relationship with brad.
I think she was still hurt by the situation - and she was emotional - I guess it was still fresh?? I was thinking about her current boyfriend and how he must feel that she's crying over brad....I just felt like she was fun loving - and Emily was too perfect and dry - no personality....

i couldn't stand chantel; she was so needy!
i've been rooting for emily since day one, but i wasn't really a fan of her on the final rose. she was acting so weird. on the last episode, she said she wanted to get married and move to austin, but that all changed on the final rose.
also, i don't get why chantel was crying hysterically on the final rose, but it turns out she has a boyfriend and he's 'so perfect' for her![]()
But that's why I liked Chantal - she was real - he said he could be himself with her - and she was more open and honest with him - wow maybe I should marry Chantal - after all she sounds like my perfect girl

I really liked Emily...but she pissed me off big time in after the final rose...brad is like smitten for her and she seemed very distant
the only thing Id like to say that no one has mentioned yet...is that they fell in love on a TV show in this fantasy world with NO real life experience...relationships are not all candy and roses and tropical islands...and maybe once the show was over, reality set in and they saw the real emily and brad, which may have been very different from the TV emily and brad
nobody knows but them, but it seems that she found out things about him that she doesn't like, like his temper as she mentioned, which is something she never would have seen on the show
