The Bayard Cutting Arboretum in Oakdale

I was wondering if anyone has been to the Bayard Cutting Arboretum for wedding photos? If so, how is it & do you have any pictures?

This is the only one I have on my work computer but there are some really great picture options there.

that place is BEAUTIFUL!! We go there to take walks around the lake and in the summer they have a concert series--there's a bunch of concerts for free on the great lawn on certain sundays.

Thanks for the picture. Could you tell me where its located on Montauk Hwy. I'm going to go check it out soon. My wedding is in July. Do you ahve to give them notice if you are going to bring a wedding party there?

I got married in September and I did not have to give any advance notice but check with them about the summer.

We just drove right in I believe it was $6 for cars and $12 for limos.

I live in NJ but grew up on LI so I never had a chance to see the arboretum b/f the wedding. I don't exactly know how to get there -- the limo driver took care of that.

Yes! Beware of poop. Lots of it.
I visited it, and although it is absolutely beautiful, there was so much poop that it was hard navigating through. Now imagine dragging your dress on the ground. Just keep that in mind.
