the best frozen yogurt!!!!

for those of you on WW or any kind of diet i have found wonderful 'ice cream'!!!! Turkey Hill Frozen Yogurt - it comes in the half gallon carton and its a teal color box i bought the Chocolate Marshmallow and its great!!!! so hitting my chocolate craving right now!!!!

and its fat free =) had to share

110 calories per 1/2 cup serving.....not bad its like having one of those 100 calorie packs but its ICE CREAM!!!! and i am a HUGE ice cream nut!!!!

Edys also makes some fat free frozen yogurt that has no sugar added...it has like 4 grams fiber and is pretty low in sugar...the only thing you have to watch for with Fat Free ice creams (well really FF anything...) is the sugar content...it often sky rockets! Skinny cow is also great...they make delicious ice cream sandwiches!

LOL I am sitting here and eating Turkey Hills Frozen Yogurt also but, cookie dough....yummy. 3 pionts for 1/2 a cup.
