hmm...my own. i was truly beyond impressed with how the swan club handled my day. i didn't feel like 'just another wedding' for a moment in all of the planning or the big day. it was truly amazing. i'm hard to impress.
other than that, i haven't been to any other weddings that really WOWed me.

my brother's wedding at the Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers!
the place was amazing and my SIL did an amazing job with the flowers and everything
the food was amazing and not your typical 'wedding food'
they had an 11 piece band that was incredible
and for favors, the did donations but also gave out boxes of HOMEMADE cookies!
and when you left they gave us each hot chocolate ( it was in november)

Can it be my own wedding? Because that was definitely the best one I have ever been to !
Besides my own, I can't think of one that was way better than the rest. All of them were special because someone I cared about was getting married.

My own, of course. NRC and all of my vendors were all amazing and made my day so much fun, so special, so beautiful, so wonderful. My other favorite was in Toronto at an old movie theater-turned wedding venue. The venue itself was really beautiful and unique. The ceremony & cocktail rooms were really modern and sleek and the reception room was a bit more olde timey, with a stage and a balcony. They had a band for the first half of the reception and a DJ for the second half. DH and I danced our a$$es off (and he does not dance!) and had an amazing time.

Definitely Nicole's wedding at Land's End (Nikki24581) or something like that is her LIW's name-- I'm not sure if I have all of the numbers right lol. But it was so much fun OMG! I caught the Bo-k, the food and service was OUTSTANDING and the DJ kept me dancing until I had blisters on my feet!!! It was fantastic. We even sat with great people-- Vinny and I had a wonderful time... I HOPE we have that much fun at our wedding and I'm not even over-exaggerating!

my sisters wedding at North Ritz was amazing!! The food was great...her band (times square rocked all night) we just had a great time!
also my cousins wedding in NYC at Tribeca Rooftop (owners of FF and lands end) was great......her CH was omggggggg mouth watering!!! Views were to die for! But thats what you get when you pay ahh over 300 or so a head!!

well i hope that i could say my own after march...lol... but from my experiences....i loved the food at sandcastle...wedding was alright but the food was reallllllly good.....the metropolitan food was awesome too everyone got surf and turf (no choose, bad for people that dont like steak and lobster but goooood for me...lol)

My own, at Temple Chaverim definitely.
Other than my own, my friends wedding in 2001 at Temple Hillel was superb. The service at Temples is incredible. I would say that was the best wedding I've ever been to, but things were weird between me and my date.
I think that the best overall was a wedding at Carltun on the Park about 3 yrs ago. I was with DH then, we are very fond of the couple, we knew a lot of people, the service and food were great and the grounds were immaculate.

I went to a wedding for my boyfriend-at-the-time's friend and it was AWESOME! It was at East Wind, and the couple was so happy, so in love - she even sang to him (so romantic). Because of them it just set the tone for the entire wedding. I ran into her about a year and a half later - and they were divorcing!!!! I couldn't believe it of course. But it was still the best wedding I've ever been to.

my own AND my friends got married at Land's End and that was probably the best wedding that I've ever been to, they were so excited, happy and had planned for so long! Plus, Land's End is spectacular!!!

I also would have to say my own. I wish I could be a guest at the Westbury Manor! (hint hint! )
Other than that, two stand out. One was at what is now the North Ritz Club, I believe. My BIL & his wife had awesome dance music. It was like being at a rave! My DH (who never used to dance) and I still talk about it.
We went to a friend's wedding upstate a few years ago and it was beautiful. It was 4th of July weekend so about 1/2 way through there were fireworks and we all went outside and sat on a hill overlooking a lake and watched the fireworks. It was SO much fun!!

Mine! Villa Lombardi's couldn't have done a better job if they tried. The food is absolutely outstanding, the service top-notch.......not to sound corny, but it truly was a fantasy come true......
Other than mine, the one wedding that really stands out is the Brentwood County Club.....the food was really good and I had the best time! I have no idea who the DJ was, but he was awesome and I was drinking and dancing and having a total blast......

My own... chateau la mer was absolutely incredible!!!!!! We went to lots of weddings this year that were really fun and at really nice places, but the crowd, atmosphere and food at our wedding topped them all.
Then again, maybe i'm biased.
ETA: We went to a wedding at the watermill that was also really great! The service and food were awesome and it is so beautiful there.
