HAS ANYONE EVER FELT THAT THEIR BRIDESMAIDS HAVE THE GREEN EYED MONSTERS IN THEM.

Re: THE BRIDESMAIDS
I suppose it's very easy for bridesmaids to feel jealous every so often. Although it's an honor to be asked, the position itself can sometimes be demanding and maybe 'servant-like.' If you have BMs that like being the center of attention, this could also create jealousy. I would hope however, that a true bridesmaid, one that wants to stand by you and help you during your special time will control any negative emotions that may stir up in her and do what she needs to do with and for you.

Re: THE BRIDESMAIDS
From all of the horror stories I've heard about large bridal party issues, I only wanted a MOH and BM and so far it's the best decision I've made yet

Re: THE BRIDESMAIDS
So far mine have been great but I do still have 7 months left so there's still plenty of time if it's going to happen. but my girls are great friends and I hope that I don't have any horror stories like some I've heard on here. I have 1 family member, 3 are out of state and 3 are here so we'll see how things go.

Re: THE BRIDESMAIDS
I have to say I've heard horror stories, but I can't complain about mine. They've all been great so far.

Re: THE BRIDESMAIDS
I can't complain - some of them have been a little lazy, but overall - they have been incredibly supportive and happy for me.
I think this is a common problem - and one that can usually be resolved. It IS hard for certain types of women to be in someones wedding and have to hear about it all the time. I'm not saying you do this, but I think a good number of brides really only talk about the wedding with their BM's in the time leading up to it...
If you think the jealousy is because you are getting attention and they are not, then go to lunch and talk about anything but the wedding - chances are things will turn around.
Good Luck!
