Hello ladies!!!

I can't believe I have less than 4 months to go. I am starting to get nervous... but a good nervous!

Does anyone know what their menus look like? And I think they also provide generic place cards. I'd like to know what the look like though...

also, vita - when are you planning on sending out invitations? I'm thinking early march, but have no idea if that's too early or too soon

Hi girls!! I am working on my invites now..planning on sending them out by 3/15.....

the afterhours is $4000. We were doing it but now we are thinking of skipping it.....we will see...anyone else doing it???

I am not sure but I am doing 8 at a table...I don't like tables that fit 10-12 people....

Anita- i would love to do eight to a table. How many people are you expecting? Does the Carltun have any problem doing that?

we are having over 200 people....Sheila (when she was at the Carltun) told me you can do 6, 8, 10, 12 people tables...whatever you like....I will do 8 people tables.....

I heard that they were doing the men's bathrooms over..... has anyone seen them? Fh was totally distressed (which you would never expect from a guy) over the bathrooms.... he said it looked like a gym locker room bathroom. Anyone know?

Who knows... I plan on taking fh's parents to see the Carltun one day next week... Can you believe they haven't seen it yet...... I'll take a look and get back to ladies....

As far as cocktail hour music... we are having a piano player. We got him through Steven Scott

I think they are renovating the men's bathroom this February while they are closed.
