Did any of you ever go to a wedding at The Carltun??? What did you think about the food??? I have heard mixed reviews..... How is it?? I am having my wedding there and I am very concerned about the food. My family is very picky about that....Is it good?? Please let me know... Thanks

My wedding is there in a few short weeks.. I have never been to a wedding there, but I have eaten in the Palm Court a couple times- and the food ahs always been great.
I have heard some mixed reviews- esp around the time I just booked, but I said scerw it.. Ever since- whenever I tell anyone I am getting married there- the food is always mentioned- and in a positive manner!
I had my tasting a couple weeks ago and the food was really good-- also, when I did the menu selection we met with the chef and we sat and talked with him for about 20 mins- he instilled in us the utmost confidence that the food will be amazing at our wedding.. I'll let you know in a few weeks!

That is the one in Eisenhower park?
If so, I went to a wedding there in October, it was a day/buffet wedding and everything that I ate was really good!

my parents have been to a few weddings there and have always said that the food was really good...i am also getting married there in june...we have eaten at the palm court and the food was good too!

we had my cousin bridal shower there they food was amazing. I dont think they serve the same food for a wedding . but it was good anyway

The food was very good. I went to a Saturday night wedding there in November and the service was excellent.
I am not a fan of the room or that the bathrooms are a flight down, but the food and service was great.
You will have a great event.

The food there is excellent. Many of my guests still bring up how good the food was. In fact, my aunt and uncle made a reservation to eat at Palm Court the week after our wedding because they loved it so much.

My cousin went to a wedding there and said it was awesome!!
You know food is very very subjective...you will drive yourself nuts over worrying about what everyone thinks! The Carltun is an excellent place....Don't Worry what other people say

The food is excellent. When you go for the tasting, you'll be eating at the Palm Court restaurant. Just a warning, the food they serve at the restaurant is not the same as the wedding. But it's still pretty damn good.
