The Carlyle

Does anyone know the prices for November/December of 2009?? Asking for a coworker...he's from LI and his fiance is not. So I'm just helping out. Thanks

I will tell you that if this is carlyle on the green you are speaking of they were asking over $170pp for a Saturday night wedding in September. This was as of March 08 when i was pricing many RHs.

I am getting married there in March. They are cheaper in the winter. It is $125 for a Friday night or Saturday am (and probably Sunday too). I don't know what the Saturday night price was, but they do a 'value menu' where they pull off a couple appetizers and entree options and it's only $100 for Friday night or Saturday am. I think this is only for 'off season' though.

$215 pp for Sat night, $175pp for Friday,...+ taxes and tips...Not sure about other times of the yr, but I am getting married there in August.

hehe yay! More Carlyle brides! All those quotes sound about right. I didn't price out Nov/December but they told me that November is still pretty busy for them. I was told Jan-March is their off season. I'm doing the $100/pp menu and it's really just a few items off their regular menu such as duck and something else. It wasn't a big deal for us. We loved the place too much and there were enough selections without the ones we couldn't have.

That's exactly what I'm doing two weeks before you. The only thing I cared about that got taken off the menu was the filet mignon.

oh yea! that was the other thing I forgot... It definitely hurt a little to see some of the stuff on the menu disappear. We're doing our tasting in December. Did you have yours already?

They told us about 8 weeks before for the tasting, so I figured December or January. Is yours scheduled already? Maybe I should call to schedule mine since I'm sure we'll be crazy with the holidays. I've heard nothing but great things about the food though so I'm not really concerned.
