The contest results....

Well, I didn't win, in fact I came in dead last. And sadly, I did have the fourth best body fat of the group but it worked on percentages and since I starting working out in Nov. for the wedding and these guys just started in Jan- they had a lot more body fat to lose to make their percentages higher.

But I am still happy with the results- My body fat went from 26.6 to 22.8 and I know I will feel confident in my wedding dress if I can just keep it up for another month or so.

A bunch of my friends were in a weight-loss contest- I have been working out like a maniac doing Curves and power yoga. I posted about it a couple of days ago but don't know how to post the link- it was NWR:Wish me luck.

950- But she came in 4th so she only won her entry fee plus 13 back. No biggie on that- I will just have to point out that I am still lower than her anyway.
