If I'm right, Do you write in the name of who is invited or do the people responding fill it in themselves??

Yeah, let the guests fill in their own name, this way they want to be addressed on their place cards. That's what I use the info for.

Yeah, their name goes on that line but they fill it in....
Just a little RSVP card tip that I thought was GREAT!! Have a numbered list of your guests and put those numbers on the back of the RSVP (tiny and in a corner) b/c some people forget to put their names on the RSVP and this way you know who it is!!

Wow - that number thing is a good idea - I also never knew what the M ________ was about, but just chalked it up to another one of life's many mysteries...
