The Engineer did his walk through today...
And all is good!! Just a small leak in the garage and, lol, the toilet is loose. And NO termite problems at all. But that will all be put into the contract to fix before we move in. Here are some pics. Its a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathromm Townhouse in BayShore. I love, love, love it, esp the deck on the back!!

Yes we have an end unit, which is cool!! The only attachment to our neighbor is the garage, we liked that alot!
