Holy S***!! How much weight did you lose? It felt so good to have someone acknowledge it. My pants are becoming baggy. This is such a great feeling.

I was just coming to write the same thing. My boss said 'Wow have you lost weight?' and I said I hope so. Then he went over and told the girl who sits next to me 'I can't believe how much weight she is losing.'

GOOD JOB GIRLS !!!

I lost 7.5 lbs so far (cant seem to get past that for 2 weeks now ! )
I feel like I lost inches though, from doing aerobics..

Keep up the hard work. Those are some real incouraging words. It is always nice when someone notices the hard work you have been putting in to get the weight off. Way to Go girl!

I have been getting that a lot too, I love it!! Today one of the women in my office saw me and said, 'hello skinny!' I nearly died of happiness

Yes everyone keep up all the good work.

Anna, don't worry about your weight staying still, you may be gaining muscle and losing inches which would not really reflect in the scale.

We're all doing a great job!!
