the good and the bad of letting fh watch my fair wedding WITH UPDATE

so i finally caught up on two episodes the other night and to my surprise he wanted to watch them with me.

i found out that he thinks mermaid gowns are GORGEOUS!!
im so happy about this !! i was a little worried because a certain type of gown that he loved and wanted to get to make him happy just didnt work on my body.

i also found out that cathedral veils remind him of his grandmas curtains
i really think its the one he saw on the show that he hated. i hope

at first i was shocked and worried but i got over it real quick. im sure he will love whatever veil i wear, right?!??!?

UPDATE*******

so while we were driving home i reminded fh that i was going veil shopping tomorrow. he was like have fun just dont get that COUSIN IT veil. you know the one that comes all the way to floor with all the lace and the shiit covering your face

im guessing hes not a fan of a blusher

yeaaah. I'm terrified that one of the times he goes to Pronovias he's going to have the bride try on my dress and FH's going to HATE HATE it!!!

I think with you in that dress, all dolled up, the LAST thing FH will be thinking about is his grandmother's curtains!!!!!!!

FH loves mermaid but I wanted to look a little less sexy due to the fact he has kids and I am over 40...so I got A-line but it has corset in back to make it sexy.

My second dress is a kinda more 'trumpet' than mermaid and I think he will love the cut of it...we are having an after party with no kids so...

I know he likes my hair half up so that's what I will do.

But I think as far as veil, they really won't care lol
