THE GREAT DRESS TRANSPORT OF 2007!

Okay so I did it and I feel SO MUCH BETTER!

I got my dress from Flowerama in Glendale ( their dress department is closing ) and tried it on. IT FITS PERFECTLY! I was so happy! It just needs a hem and a little bit of a lift at the shoulders. I cried. . . trying on my dress makes me feel like puking.

THEN we drove about an hour to Bridal Elegance in Dix Hills. They were SO NICE there!! They took down my information and my first fitting is October 20! SO we are sitting in the car and we all start commenting on how they just put a little tag on the hanger and thats it - what if it falls? SO i run back in there like a lunatic and I write all of my information and she says she will staple it to the dress bag! I felt so much better! HA HA i am a crazy bride!

Then we went to a new Japanese restaurant over there to celebrate!

I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER!

When my dress was in....I took it home! It's hanging in its bag in our bedroom! You aren't crazy!

OMG...when do I have to have my first dress fitting??? Darn it Tilde! you are ALWAYS one step ahead of me (good thing too....i wouldn't know what to do next)

Here is the dress

we added crystals to the bottom of the dress to match the top - it looks amazing, what a difference!

awww i was the same way haha. i bought my dress and took it home that day... but when they put it on a hanger and hung it on one of the doors and walked away i kept checking on it.. lmao (i take it back for alterations a few weeks or a couple months before the wedding) im glad you feel better now!!!

You are too funny. But uh...is it time to get fitted for our dresses already?!!!! oh no...i haven't even thought about that...it's sitting at home 2 sizes too big.
