I got my dress from Flowerama in Glendale ( their dress department is closing ) and tried it on. IT FITS PERFECTLY! I was so happy! It just needs a hem and a little bit of a lift at the shoulders. I cried. . . trying on my dress makes me feel like puking.
THEN we drove about an hour to Bridal Elegance in Dix Hills. They were SO NICE there!! They took down my information and my first fitting is October 20! SO we are sitting in the car and we all start commenting on how they just put a little tag on the hanger and thats it - what if it falls? SO i run back in there like a lunatic and I write all of my information and she says she will staple it to the dress bag! I felt so much better! HA HA i am a crazy bride!
Then we went to a new Japanese restaurant over there to celebrate!
I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER!

it was called Kimo's and it was on Jericho Turnpike
it was SO GOOD and it came out to $70 for 3 people and we got A LOT of food. the sush was excellent but my mom also got this pork katsu that was to die for
its soooo nice inside like big comfy couches if you get a booth etc. we were the only ones there because it was like 4PM so they were a little 'over attentive' but nice!
