on Jan 26 without a word to us...luckily it's a chain and has an affiliation with another store in the mall...but we were soooo PO'd when we went to go pay them off today and bring them home!!! No phone call, no sign in the window, not even mall information knew what happened!!! You better bet their corporate office is getting a call from me!!

Emotional distress I don't think will fly, but yes, attempt to get some type of discount for the inconvenience...
