Has anyone here tried ordering from The Knot wedding shop online?? I bought a few items there and their customer service is terrible!! First of all, they never respond and once they do (after 100 emails & calls) they don't answer your questions!! I've been getting my order problems fixed since October and until now no one has been able to help me!!
Just thought I'd share in case you want to place an order there - consider going somewhere else!!!

i have ordered from them before and it was quick and easy. Received packages right away, even quicker than expected and no mess ups or anything.

Wow, I'm surprised to hear that. When I ordered from them, I called and placed my order over the phone. the girl was extremely nice and patient. The stock room forgot to send me a couple of my items, and when I contacted them, they sent it right away. Maybe you should call and speak to a manager? Hope it all works out.

Maybe they are just really busy? (Not an excuse for crappy customer service but....the summer (ie wedding season) is right around the corner they may be dealing with a ridiculous influx of orders)

Yeah had similar issues. They estimated my delivery would be 3-5 days and it got there 3 weeks later!!

I ordered my BM bags from there. They are pretty delayed in answering you back and my order took a month to come!

yup same here! I forgot to mention that too! My order came in after about a month or something and there's no tracking info on their website!

i was very happy with them.. i ordered my napkins, and matches through them.. and recieved them pretty quickly!
